TCCA Mission Statement The Twin Cities Curling Association (TCCA) is a nonprofit, tax-exempt (501(c)3) organization that promotes and supports the sport of curling throughout the United States. By building on the existing programs and events of individual clubs, governing organizations, and others within the sport, the TCCA provides additional assistance to the game of curling including exposing people to the sport, training new and existing athletes, providing support to junior curlers, developing adaptive curling, and fostering the creation of new curling clubs. The Saint Paul Curling Club is working with Ramsey County regarding a vacant ice arena located 1.5 miles from SPCC. The arena is being offered on a one year trial basis as an exclusive curling facility for the 2010-2011 season, with the opportunity to enter a long term lease. SPCC is currently seeking an estimate of how many curlers would be interested in participating in curling leagues this season in the new facility. While they are still working on the details, current plans include leagues Monday – Friday at 5:45 PM and 8 PM. The St. Paul Curling Club is now operating at full capacity and has been turning away 100 + interested curlers per year. While successful spring leagues in St. Paul and Dakota County have provided opportunities for new Twin Cities curlers, other promising attempts like the Edina Curling Club for “in season” leagues have run into ice availability problems. This is your chance to be on the ground floor of a new curling club in St. Paul! Help us get it rolling by registering as a team or as an individual to be placed on a team. We are long on enthusiasm for this opportunity, but still short on details. Leagues could begin as soon as early December, 2010, and following a holiday break, continue through March, 2011.

After careful consideration, the following teams have been selected to receive the Goldline Sponsorships. A Goldline sponsorship includes nearly $2,000 worth of equipment for each team.
