| As most of you are aware, the Twin
Cities Curling Association (TCCA), a Minnesota non-profit organization,
was established by a group of long-time St. Paul Curling Club members to
promote and grow our sport of curling in the Twin Cities area by
establishing another curling club. The need for another curling club is
based on the rapid growth in the sport as evidenced by the success and
membership strength of the
St. Paul
Curling Club (SPCC). Our vision is to develop a second curling
facility in the Western metropolitan area and, working closely with the
SPCC Board and with your support, grow the overall number of curlers in
the Twin Cities. Last week the IRS informed the TCCA that we now have tax-exempt, non-profit status. This means that contributions made to TCCA are tax deductible. See below on how to make a year-end contribution to support a new curling facility in the Twin Cities. This is a major accomplishment for the efforts to expand curling opportunities in the Twin Cities Area. Now is the ideal time to help this effort. Please consider making a donation by going to our web site at www.twincitiescurling.org and clicking on the fundraising button. There is information on how to make your tax-deductible contribution to the TCCA, to help make expansion of curling in the metro area a reality. With all of us working together, we can expand the opportunities for men, women, juniors and seniors to experience the game we all love. Thank you for your help.
